Hi Francis,

The TPS54560B is a pin-to-pin drop-in upgrade to the TPS54560 with the following improvements:

Addition of Poly-Imide (PI) coat on the top layer of the IC for enhanced reliability
Improved output overvoltage protection (OVP) circuit, specifically for high load transients (5A to 0A) at frequencies greater than 800 kHz
Increased current limit from 7.5A to 7.9A (typical) and from 8.8A to 9.5A (maximum)

I would recommend the TPS54560B over TPS54560 for new designs.
