TPS54320EVM-513: TPS54320EVM no load power off SS pin unexpected pulse

Hi All,

Here are two questions about TPS54320 and its EVM test.

1.  When I test TPS54320EVM, I find when no load power off, SS pin will have a pulse. I don't know why when input voltage is under UVLO voltage and the device seem have been shutdown. SS pin still have this voltage pulse. When I connect load as Iout = 1A, this pluse will disappear. I want to kow about TPS54320 shut down principle and help me figure out the reason of SS pin shows pulse. 

2. I have check a desgin principle of TPS54320 in datasheet. I want to figure out the principle behind this formula - why the calculation wime for transient ripple needs to be based on 4 switching cycles - is it an empirical value or a specific requirement?
