FCC releases much smaller capacity than actual aging

Part Number: BQ40Z50-R2

Tool/software:

Hello:

We found this situation during actual production. When we were producing a battery pack with a design capacity of 6300mAh and 4 strings and 2 parallel, after aging, 22 out of more than 300 battery packs produced read FCC less than 6300, and some battery packs read FCC greater than 6600 after aging,. I want to know why there is such a big difference in FCC after burning the same SREC file and aging it under the same conditions. After comparing the aging data, I did not find any abnormalities. The attachment is the exported GG file from the abnormal battery with FCC of 6000, as well as the aging data of the production line FCC of 6100 and 6702 respectively. Please help analyze it.
