    Hi Kento,

    1) the device does not have an internal clock it is all analog

    2)The maximum switching frequency is 581 Hz but it can be configured to be slower the section below explains how it can be configured:

    3) How fast pins can be turned on and off depends on depends on your setup and what pin is being turned on:
