Part Number: LM185-1.2QML
Tool/software:
Is LM185-1.2QML performed PIND test at TI? I would like to know PIND Shock, Vibration and Frequency for it. if not, do we have cavity information?

Hi Thanh,
Could you confirm the orderable part number? If the OPN doesn't have the "V" as underlined in the picture below, it's not considered a QML-V part which means that we do not do PIND testing. Here's a document regarding the QML flow.
We do have a QMLV version of the LM185-1.2 that does go through PIND, and it can be found here.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Hi Thanh,
It will take some time to get the information you requested.
Thanks,
Elizabeth
Hello Thanh,
These are different devices - in the future, please post them individually to the responsible forums. It is better for the responsible groups to answer.
Only "V" devices get PIND.
I cannot find the 5962-8405061VDA - please check the number.
All tests are available through the QCI system. You will need the lot# for your lot. Otherwise, you can see previous tests.
Quality Conformance Inspection (QCI)
I will see if we have the information on the bottom two (LM139QML).
3. 5962-8773901XA
4. 5962-8773901DA
The 5962-8768001EA is a logic device (CD54HC4060). This should be posted to the Logic forum.
5962-8405061VDA is SNV54HC74W.
If the part gets PIND test, please provide the frequency for MIL-STD-883E Condition A. We use Shock 1000G±100G and Vibration 20G±2G.
If the part doesn't get PIND test at TI, please provide internal cavity dimension, at least cavity height.
Hello Thanh,
The 5962-8405061VDA or SNV54HC74W is obsolete and never released from TI (according to a note in the system). You will have to ask the Logic forum why...
The closest would be the SN54HC74.

Again, any questions on the SN device need to be addressed on the Logic forum - I'm a comparator/op-amp guy...
I have to go back to the base and lid drawings to determine the cavity height...this is a manual process and takes a bit of time digging up the info. Give me a day or two.
Hello Thanh,
3. 5962-8773901XA = LM139AWB = 0.87mm cavity height
4. 5962-8773901DA = LM139AWG-SMD = 0.89mm cavity height
As these values are not in any datasheets or drawings, they are for engineering guidance only and are not guaranteed.
