BQ24090: Battery charger doesn't work

Tool/software:

I was designing this battery charger circuit with BQ24090 but after printing the board, the charger doesn't work nor the LED come on. I realized the TS pin should have an NTC resistor. Besides this issue, I was wondering if the design is accurate.
