LM9061: Turn off time

Part Number: LM9061

Tool/software:

Is it possible to use a pull down resistor to ground on the output(pin 4) in order to decrease the turn off time?  If so, what would be the minimum resistance allowed?  My Vcc and load Voltage is 12V if that is relevant.  I understand that this would have an effect on turn on time and I can accept a longer turn on time.

If decreasing the turn off time is not possible do you have a part suggestion for a high side gate driver (Vcc and load = 12V) that can switch at ~30 kHz, preferably something low cost and simple like the LM9061 with the integrated charge pump?
