TPS2121: TPS Fast Switchover fail

Hi TI team,

We are using the TPS2121 in a dual 5V input configuration. The schematic is shown below:

When both 5V inputs are connected and IN1 is then disconnected, the output voltage (OUT) drops to approximately 2V for about 30 ms, which causes the system to reboot.

I have tried adding a 330 µF capacitor to OUT and IN1, but it does not seem to improve the situation.

Could you please help us identify the cause and provide suggestions to resolve this issue?
