BQ4050: How to control Fuse signal on/off arbitrarily?

Hello.
I want to test Chemical Fuse Permanent Fail (BQ4050 technical guide 3.12), but I don't know how to arbitrarily make FUSE signal into High.

There is a fuse-toggle signal, but I don't know where it is controlled.

    Hi Kim,

    To set the FUSE pin to HIGH, you need to make sure your voltage at the pin is higher than your Min Blow Fuse Voltage if PACK_FUSE = 0. If you set PACK_FUSE = 1, then the pack voltage must be greater than the set Min Blow Fuse Voltage.
