Will it operate correctly if the thermal pad of the LMR23610 is not connected?
If the thermal pad is not connected, will the thermal shutdown, for example, malfunction?
Specifically, the LMR23610 is installed in a circuit that outputs 3.3V, but there is no output.
There does not appear to be anything wrong with the installation or other conditions.
After removing the LMR23610 and re-installing it, it began to operate normally.
The same phenomenon has occurred in three other units in the past.
