TPS62870: For Package dimension spec of TPS6287X.

Target device: TPS6287x.

Customer try to use it, Customer want to confirm if this device meet IPC-2221 and IPC-A0610 mainly contain information about conductor gaps.

The device should meet the IPC standard of 127μm (5mil) or more.

TI datasheet does not show this point. Could you please tell me the minimum conductor gap, including exposed conductors on the sides?

Hi Nomura-san,

The device follows the IPC-7351, as stated in this app note: QFN and SON PCB Attachment (Rev. C)

Customer should be able to find all the information they need to design the PCB in our datasheet where the PCB land pattern and solder mask opening, stencil, etc are described.

Everything else is specific to the customer PCB board and not necessarily related to the TI part.
