LM5143: LM5143A - 2P/3.30V/~15A Looking for simplis model, and comment on design. Vout is expected 3.30, but actual=2.517V

Looking for simulation model for this part, SIMPLIS, TINA, PSPICE (the cadence pspice, not the TI version if we go this way)


Coworker made this for me, it's in the board now, - there are a couple mods in the schematic as noted after the picture



IE RT is 10K not 54.9K as shown
HO1/HO2 left out the 1-2 ohm
C785 looks like Cres, but it's just VDDA tied to RES
Ignore ENA offpage, itt goes nowhere




strapped to be 2 phase 3.3, f=2.1 MHz

VCCA = ~ 4.89V
VCCX = not connected (tried adding 5V here )

Ton=78
Toff=401
(approx)
On both 1 and 2 sides

hiside fet is CSD18563Q5A
lowside    is CSD18543Q3AT

Choke is SPM5030VT-R22M-D TDK , 0.22u, Isat=21

sw nodes look reasonable, but seems not closing loop to 3.30V vout




Vout measures approx 2.517v, w 20mV p-p

load is minimal at the moment (below 100mA)


Vin = ~ 13.79V
