您好：我司于今年3月份在TI直供系统下了一张订单，以下是物料信息：
订单号：APO014041   规格型号：TPS23755RJJR     数量：9K



由于客户订单取消，我司暂时用不上这颗料， 因此需要取消订单。
我已于7月21日在官网提交了一个结单工单，工单号为：CS2897626，但是邮件通知我取消订单失败，详情请见下图：


请帮忙尽快协助处理关单，谢谢！
