I am looking for PMIC for S32K344/S32K364 NXP MCU. The requirement is as follows:

Functional safety - ASIL D

3 Power supply for MCU - Voltage & Current rating 1.1V - 1A, 3.3V - 500mA, 5V - 500mA

Additional Power supply - 5V, 6A (For communication, Ethernet, other IC supply).

Kindly suggest the suitable PMIC which is compatible with S32K344/S32K364 NXP MCU and can fill the requirement as above.

I have gone through this part number but not sure about its compatiblity with S32K344/S32K364 NXP . Please recommend which one will be compatible with S32K344/S32K364 NXP.

Hi Shivani,

The closest configuration available on ti.com for what you are looking for is the O386003QDCARQ1 part number. You will need an additional buck converter for the 1.1V output and you will need to command the 5V output on the PMIC with the MCU. for 5V 6A you will need another switching regulator. O386003QDCARQ1 max voltage is 36 V, will it be handling all the load dump test corresponding to 24 battery voltage?
