Tool/software:

The quiescent current stated on the BQ24800 data sheet applies only to the IC itself and not the EVM. Other components on the EVM board can also draw small amounts of current that can contribute to measurements being higher than expected. If one wanted to observe the battery quiescent current stated on the data sheet, you can remove the TPS70933DRVR (LDO) off of the EVM.
