TPS631012: Quiescent current when CONVERTER_EN=0 and EN pin is HIGH

On EVM i measured 1.2uA on VIN with Hard enable LOW
4uA with Hard EN=HI, CONVERT_EN bit set low.

That is interesting, seems HW EN low can have a lower input current than EN bit is low. I did not notice such behavior before.
