BQ40Z80: GPC tool shows "unexpected error"

Tool/software:

I am trying to do the room temperature performance update but when I send the .zip file I get:

An Unexpected error has occured in this Application.
Please hit the Browser's Back Button to return to previous page.

Uploading the data which gave me the ChemID shows the same error so I expect it's not the data itself? What could be wrong
