TPS4800-Q1: issue during short circuit protection

Have you confirmed this is not a EN/UVLO event? This can commonly happen during SCP due to ringing on the Vin.

A few comments: 

1. What is the FET X2 for? 
2. For your final schematic please pull FLt pins high
3. Also it appears that you are sensing after the FET, rather than before. sense pins should be prior to X1 in high side sensing configuration.

Hi Sarah,

1. FET X2 for the short circuiting of the circuit after charging of the load cap. for testing short circuit protection. 

2. Also, I have made the changed regarding FLT pin and sense resistor that you have suggested.

But it's still not working properly. After the short circuit, if fault is not cleared then it's just randomly turning ON and OFF.

I am also sharing the waveform of final simulation, please check.

I would recommend trying this practically in the lab with an EVM. Can you try this?
