    Can you share the whole setup on the spreadsheet and WEBENCH tool? Are you using the same BOM?

    I am thinking if the BOM are totally same, especially for the output capacitance, you should use the effective capacitance instead of nominal capacitance if the ceramic capacitors are used in the web tool, high-capacitance ceramic capacitors have a DC bias effect, which has a strong influence on the final effective capacitance. Therefore, the right capacitor value must be chosen carefully. The differences between the rated capacitor value and the effective capacitance result from package size and voltage rating in combination with material. You can find the effective capacitance after DC loss on the capacitor datasheet.
