TPS65381A-Q1: Cannot switch to STANDBY mode

Tool/software: 

We are currently using and testing the TPS65381A-Q1 product in our automotive BMS.

Sleep mode implementation is required, so send \
IGN: 0 , CANWU: 0 
IGNPWRL: 0
WR_CAN_STBY command.
However, it is unable to enter standby mode and keeps resetting.


 
The current situation is urgent, so we would like to request assistance quickly.

    Hi Seunghoon,

    The standby state is basically the PMIC being off. The NRES pin is going to be low and reset the MCU. Is the issue here that the PMIC keeps turning back on or that when the device is turned back on the settings are reset?
