BQ34Z100-R2: Discharge to Empty and Charge to Full

The battery pack I am using uses a lithium-ion battery 7S34P.

And I set the voltage, current, and temperature and the correct values are coming out.

I also changed the Chemistry ID to something similar to the battery I'm using.

I am currently learning bq34z100-r2 using bqstudio.

If you look at the learning cycle procedure, it says to Discharge to Empty -> rest for 5 hours -> Charge to Full -> rest for 2 hours -> Discharge to Empty at C/10.

What are the criteria for Charge to Full and Discharge to Empty here, and how should they be set?

    Hi,

    I recommend using the GPCchem tool to identify the best chemid match we have in our system.

    Discharge to the cells terminate voltage, and charge the batteries as specified in the cell datasheet.

    For such a large battery it is most likely going to take more than 2 hours and more than 5 hours to relax so please wait until the cells are fully relaxed before discharging or before declaring the learning cycle a failure.
