LM5171-Q1: IMON connection for 4-phase application

Hi,

 I am using LM5171-Q1 for 4-phase boost and buck application. Configured IMON pins to monitor inductor current. In datasheet section 6.2.6.2 an example of IMON pin connection for 3-phase is provide. Attached below.

Please let me know how to modify this circuit for 4-phase.   Thank in advance.
