TPS25942A: Bidirectional back-back MOSFET

We require a Bidirectional back-back MOSFET for e-fuse application. Part TPS25942A doesnt matches our voltage and current requirements. Our Voltage is 400V and current is 150A. Can you suggest suitable module for this rating.

Can you please tell us your end application.

We don't have integrated FET devices for these operating conditions. I am adding my colleague who can recommend you some FET driver protection devices (Hot-swap)

HI Arush,

Thanks for the reply. We dont require integrated FET, but we require mosfet module(our rating is 400V,150A but the mosfet should be of higher rating). End application is e-Fuse.
