LMR33630: BOOT to SW absolute rating

The absolute rating for BOOT to SW is 5.5V, but are there any regulations regarding transient conditions?

As shown below, when checking the difference between the SW and BOOT waveforms, the absolute rating is exceeded due to the misalignment of the rising and falling edges of the waveform.

Is this a problem? If so, what can be done to improve it?

Hi,

It looks like there is a diode connected between VOUT and VIN, which is not a recommended connection for this device.

In addition, please confirm that when you are probing you are utilizing a small ground loop such as shown below:

Also, I am seeing ripple on VIN that may come from the source. Would you be able to please confirm that this ripple is not coming from the supply itself?
