TPS55288EVM-045: Problem with I2C, and dont know if i did right

Now, i use matlab/simulink R2023b to use I2C communication between TI C2000 F28379D and TPS55288EVM045, currently i connect J5-2 (SCL) and J6-2 (SDA) of TPS with J1-9 (SCL) and J1-10 (SDA), and my input voltage at 5V, now i use simulink to transmit data into 0x00 and 0x01 registers by 2 I2C transmit block, but it is not working now, im struggling with this and as self-studying so i am not sure whether i did right or not, i also put the shunt in FB and FB_EXT

Hi,

Please check device EN is enable.

Please check if pull-up resistor is needed for I2C bus. You can use jumper to short J5-1&J5-2 and J6-1&J6-2 on TPS55288EVM to enable pull-up.

Then check by oscilloscope or logic analyzer to see if I2C data is wrong.

i put like this in simulink with internal feedback, and input voltage = 5V, i also use jumper as you said and configure 4 registers like that, i connect SCL and SDA of C2000 to J9 and J10 of TPS also, but the voltage output is not as expected
