The following statement is found on page 38 of the data sheet, but as long as the allowable loss is maintained, is it okay if the mounting area is less than 80%?

    Hello,

    I do not advice going below 80% solder coverage area. How are you determining allowable losses in this case? I would say the 20% tolerance is already the allowable loss so I can't speak to the device reliability below that point.
