Dear TI team,

We had design the TUSB1044+TPS65982 application.

Function is okay but we encountered a DP eye diagram test failure.

Test report & FW setting as attach.

Could you please advise how we should adjust the firmware settings to improve signal quality?

Hi Andy,

From what I see in the eye diagram tests. It looks like the signal is under compensated.

I cannot read the .bin file, what are the EQ settings currently used? Are we able to increase the EQ settings?

Dear Vishesh Pithadiya,

We had try 10/11/20/21 these register AAAA & FFFF (other setting keep default).

But both settings were failed.

Can you show eye diagrams for both these settings?

What is the pre-channel and post channel loss?
