TPS723: TPS72301DRVR Production Status

Part Number: TPS723

Tool/software:

I'm designing a circuit that uses the TPS72301DRVR (WSON package). The main chip page says its an active IC and so does the sub-page for this particular package, but when I see further by moving my mouse on the active title, it tells me that an alternative should be considered.

Is this correct? If so, how critical should I consider this to be and can I get a suggestion for alternate one? I would like the same form factor if possible to minimise layout changes required.

Any help is appreciated!

Kind Regards,

Dharani Jade

  • Hello Dharani,

    Thank you for your question!

This appears to be a system error, apologies for that confusion. This device is still recommended and good to use for new designs, this little bubble that pops up is not correct. Thank you again for checking.

    Thanks,

    McKyla
