TPS6593-Q1: #TPS6593-Q1:

Part Number: TPS6593-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi,

Attached is the PMIC section of the schematic for our custom board, which has been designed and assembled. However, we are not seeing any output voltage from the PMIC.

Upon comparison with the EVK schematic, we observed some deviations in our design — such as the removal of the AND gate for the nPWRON signal and the MUX IC. Below are the issues we identified and the temporary jumper-based fixes we implemented:

  1. Pin 20 (nPWRON/ENABLE) – Pulled up to VCC_3V3_MAIN via a jumper.

  2. Pin 49 (VCCA) – The original track connected to VCC_CORE was cut and reconnected to VCC_3V3_MAIN.

  3. Pin 46 (GPIO3) – Pulled up to VCC_3V3_MAIN via a jumper.

Despite these changes, the PMIC output rails are still not coming up. Kindly review and advise if there are any additional recommendations or corrections needed.
