CSD18514Q5A: DQJ0008A Footprint in Ultra Librarian doesn't match Datasheet

Tool/software:

The lands and the thermal pads are much smaller in ultra librarian than they are in the datasheet.  (The paste layer in ultra librarian also wouldn't match the via suggestions on the datasheet).  I'm always a little worried about how a part will center itself on a big thermal pad - which one should I use?
