I would like to ask if it is possible to adjust the capacitance values of C19 and C20 in the following figure to adjust the dead time of the MOS transistor when using BQ25703，Is there any other way to adjust the dead time of MOS transistors

Hi, Susan,

Since the gate resistor is no available, the additional gate capacitor is the only knob to adjust the deadtime.

Hi, Susan,

Although we don't recommend to adjust C19/C20, C19/C20 does impact the deadtime if the top/bottom FET are mismatched.
