Tool/software:

We are now using TPS6521904RHBR to power AM623, we tested the power sequence between VDDA1V8 and VDD_1V2; VCC_CORE and VDD0_CORE, and it does not match the criteria from spec.

Is there any debugging approach ?

Hi Kris,

The delay between VDDA1V8 and VDD1V2 is 3ms as shown in the spec.

The delay between VDD1V2 and VDD_CORE is 1.5ms as shown in the spec.

For the delay between VSYS and VDDA1V8 -> it takes about 10ms from GPO2 starts going up and there is additional EN deglitch time and time it takes to load EEPROM (2.3ms) after VSYS reaches POR value, total close to about 13ms.

what is your concern?

Hi Sathish

Thanks for your patience, so the time slot shown in the spec is not a creteria like max or min, and if we want to adjust the slot, we can change the sequence slot registers?

Hi Kris,

That is correct. The available time slot durations are 0ms, 1.5ms, 3ms and 10ms.

For the device to remember the values they need to be burned into the EEPROM.
