TPS65070 Pin9 Function for omapl138 EVM board

hi,

   The Pin9 of TPS65070 function is a precharge current set, In my design , I connected a 0R risister between Pin9 and GND,Am I right?   There is no charge battary  on my board,

so I want to disable this function,If I handled it ablobe, will it cause some errors?
