LM5185-Q1: DCDC for 7V (input) to 32V (Output)

You can use LM5185 using the correct MSOFET and Flyback transformer (Lmag and turns ratio Nps) that can handle the primary peak current. Please, use the calculator design tool to design those components as well as the rest of the schematic (link below). Regarding the capacitive load. What is the time that the 0.8A peak current will be conducting? You need that time to estimate the output power Pout=Ipeak*Ton*Vout*fsw, where fsw=1/600us.

1. Capacitive load is ~0.1uF with Current limiting resistor ~500Ohms. The charging time is approx 400usec. So the current exponentially decays from 0.8A max.
2. Do you suggest any other topology (Non Isolated) or other TI part?

Please do note that, this is an battery powered device, 7.4V / 2Ah to 5Ah max.

Input side peak current is approx = Vout * Iout/ (vin *efficiency)  = ~70A+

LM25037 has some additional features.

1. Could you please share some TI guide for component selection like MOSFET/ Transformer for Non-Isolated design?

2. There is no deign for UCC2808A and LM25037-Q1 on TI webench and PowerDesigner web tool.

3. For Non-Isolated design is it recommended to change Feedback resistor using a digital Potentiometer but keep the compensation circuit same. (https://www.ti.com/lit/df/tidrte3/tidrte3.pdf?ts=1754463903303)
