We use BQ25750 in our design, but we have encountered an issue with power path switching. We are using basic power path switching with ACFET and BATFET configuration (when the AC power is out of limit, battery should be connected to VSYS directly), but there is a problem with FET switching. I've updated device schematics, as well as signals from the oscilloscope:
1. Yellow - Input voltage
2. Blue - VSYS voltage
3. Purple - ACFET gate voltage
4. Green - BATFET gate voltage
As you can see from the scope, there is 30ms period between ACFET switch-off to BATFET switch-on (exactly 10 pulses). In some case the battery is switched on, but in the most cases BATFET remain opened and the device powers down. The load is isolated DC/DC.
We would be very grateful if you have some suggestions or advice...
