It looks like you did not share the schematic file.

I found U5575 which looks like TPS25947. I am unable to find the pull up for PG pin and I see that EN is controlled by external signal but OVLO is connected in resistive divider format from EN pin instead of IN pin. This doesn't provide OVLO functionality.

Maybe my observations are incorrect due to lack of schematic file. I would recommend you to share the schematic file for proper review.
