    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out on E2E.

    CSD87331Q3D is one of the recommended device and CSD87333Q3D is a newer version.

    After comparing the spec, the only thing highlights is the low side RDSON is higher in CSD87333Q3D and because of this, Rilim will be different.
