    Based on translation tool, I am understanding that you are comparing TPS546E25 & TPS544E27 to select.
    Both devices have their own advantages. TPS544E27 is D-CAP+ while TPS546E25 is D-CAP4.

    TPS544E27:

    • 40A current limit
    • 30mm^2 package 6x5
    • Iq: 9000uA

    TPS546E25:

    • 50A current limit
    • Stackable
    • 30mm^2 package 6x5
    • Iq: 7500uA
