Tool/software:
Hello. I want to know the output channel leakage current for 25℃ and 125℃ for TPS92623-Q1.
Hello Ti Y,
The part is rated for +/- 5% output current accuracy over the -40 to 125C operating range. The only other information I can provide regarding output current vs temperature is in the typical characteristics section of the datasheet.
This graph shows the expected output current loss for a given operating temp at 50,100, and 150mA output settings:
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Isaiah
Hi Isalah
The leakage current I need is when close the Output channel, then how big the current flow to the LED? In many application cases, the parameter is uA, but in high temperature the current will rise, so I need this for 25℃ and also 85℃ and 125℃.
Kind Regards
Ti Y
Hello Ti Y,
Okay, I see you are looking for output leakage when the output is disabled. Is this by PWM = Low?
We have not characterized this for the TPS92623-Q1. May I ask what is the reason for the leakage concern?
What is the LED load you are wanting to drive? Is there an LED part model selected?
Best,
Isaiah
Hi Ti Y,
I am working on getting output current leakage data at 25, 85, and 125C temps for this device.
Thank you for your patience.

Isaiah
Hello again,
I have collected leakage current data for the mentioned temperatures as well as for 150C. Please note the data below is just a small sample from one of our EVMs and serves as an example for a typical leakage.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Isaiah
