from my understanding, it seems that 25184 integrate feedback loop/circuit in IC. designer cannot adjust cross frequency by adjusting R and C.

if i want to reduce dynamic response, do you have any comments?

Jay,

That is correct, LM25184-Q1 has an integrated compensator network at the output of the internal E/A, so it cannot be modified. As an alternative, you can choose LM5185-Q1 device, which is a PSR Flyback controller with an external COMP pin to select custom compensation network.
