TPS1685: Hot-plug protection

Hi All,

I found damage when I hot-plugged the TPSM33625 input.
The input voltage is 24V.

What effective countermeasures can I take?
Would an eFuse be effective?

Please give me some advice.

Yes you can eFuse before M33625. Slew rate control feature will help .

Is the TPS1685 effective for hot-plug protection on a 24V line?

There was also a request for hot-plug protection on a separate 48V line.
Do you have any recommended devices?

Yes . TPS1685 can be used for both 48v and 24V.
