SPICE model is not available for this device.
PLECS and Simplis are the two device models we will have for this device

Hi Vincent,

For power electronics simulation, SIMPLIS and PLECS models offer the best simulation environments for system level control and thermal modeling.
They have been requested and received well by customers.
At this point in time, we do not have a plan to add SPICE model for LMG3100
