Hi,

I have a question related to leakage current in TPS4H160AQPWPRQ1,

Here our testing method,

we are connecting a load to draw 100mA of current per channel and Vs supply of 28V. What would be the leakage current in this case when channel is in OFF condition?

The limit seems to be 5uA

Hi Alan,

Thank you for sharing the info, we are doing some testing during which we came across the leakage current of >100uA when load is connected,Vs is 28V and INx is OFF.
