When we apply a rectangular pulse narrower than 200 ns (i.e., a PWM signal with an extremely high or low duty cycle) to IN+, a PWM_COMP_CHK_FAULT is triggered.
Could you provide information or advice on the cause of this error and how to resolve it?

This is expected behavior. The minimum recommended pulse width is 250ns. Smaller pulse widths will trigger a PWM_COMP_CHK_FAULT.
