Can you please share the reliability report, validating the changes stated in PCN number 20250409000.1

For these items:

TPS92360DCKR

We already received a Qualification Report but the wire stress tests are missing, and we already use your tool to find information,

Can you pleas share if is there a reason for why those tests does not appear? or can you please share the results?
