It is for a Battery Charge/Discharge unit. The input is from bidirectional AC/DC 400VDC. The output will be connected to a battery load 200-350 VDC.

It should be possible, but I think it is not so attractive.

And what is the current? Are you using Si FET or GaN?

Hi Ami,

600V Si FET is not suitable for CCM operation. I don't think LM5171 is a good solution here.

Hi Ami,

Let me summarize what you need to take care:

Use external gate drivers
Use external current sense amps
HV1,HV2 can support 85V max
Peak current limit accuracy will be affected.
