TPS51388: Transient response for 0.8V-1V output

Hi Team,

TPS51388 datasheet only shows Vin 12V, Vout 5.15V transient response. My customer requirement is Vin 18V(typ) / Vin 22V(max), Vout 0.8V-1V, transient response <40mV.

Could you please provide transient response for 0.8V-1V output? Can TPS51388 meet this requirement?

If not, please help to recommend a solution that can meet this requirement.

Hi Terry,

Can you please ask to customer for load condition, also ask to customer that, is he interested in transient dip or ripple.

Hi Manish,

Max current is 10A. They are interested in transient dip, rather than ripple.

Hi Manish,

Seems like you posted the startup and power down overshoot and undershoot waveform.

I am expecting the transient response waveform like below. Test condition: Vin 18V, Vout 1V, load 0A->10A->0A (slew rate 1A/us). Could you please help to check again? Customer's requirement is <40mV.
