Tool/software:
Hi,
For below design, any need to modify?
Vin=5V
Vo=0.5V(default)>I2C >0.825V
Io_max=3.6A
Thanks!
Jeff

Hello Jeff,
Thanks for sharing the inductor part number... Looks good.
I just noticed something wrong on the schematic. The resistor to GND is not populated. I think you need to swap the connections here... Either 68.1k or 23.7k needs to be connected to GND to set the start-up voltage correctly... And then the voltage can be changed dynamically through I2C or VID pin as described in section 8.4.4...

Hi Febin,
We are using the TPS628681ARQY component.
From my understanding of the spec, it supports both pull-high and pull-low configurations.
Therefore, our default setup is using pull-high.
Previously, you suggested using pull-low.
May I ask which interpretation is correct?
Thanks!
Jeff
Hello Jeff,
VSET/VID pin is used as startup to correctly set the output voltage and the I2C address of the device. During operation, the pin can be used to select the VOUT registers for the output voltage (Low = VOUT register 1; high = VOUT register 2)
