I need to know the storage temp for TPS543A22 and TPS543B22. In the datasheets they list the operating and junction temperatures, but what are the storage temperatures?

Hi Heather,

The operating temperature range spec should be used for the storage temperature spec as well.

I was hoping for a larger range in storage temperature, which is usually the case. If I can only use the operating temp range for the storage temp range then I can't use this part for my design. We have a storage temp minimum requirement of -50^oC, this part minimum operating temp range -40^oC.

Hi Heather,

Actually, there is a spec for storage temperature for this part and it can go down to -55C so it is okay in this case.
