TLV62569: IC Pd become lower at 0.5A question

Hi Team,

As title, we would like to check the result in webench. I am not sure why IC Pd became lower at Iout = 0.5A to 0.6A. May you share your idea to me? Thank you.

Hi Roy,

At about Iout=0.5A the device is switching from Power Save Mode (PSM) to Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode .

At 0.6A the efficiency is higher compared to 0.45A which results in a lower IC Pd.
